Dantimool

Danti is a medicinal herb. These plant seeds and roots are purgative, pungent. Root extracts are anticancer, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and immune stimulant, and liver-protective in nature. They are used in the treatment of diseases such as encera (very generalized edema), jaundice, hemorrhoids, stones, scabies, asthma ulcers, and ulceration of capillaries and bile. A paste of the roots is applied externally to painful swelling and hemorrhoids.

Uses:

The root paste is applied externally over the pile mass. It causes reduction in pain, swelling and causes shrinking of pile mass. Their root is a medicinal part that is used in constipation, abdominal pain, general anasarca, piles, calculus, helminthic infections, scabies, dermic affections, suppurative ulcers, and diseases caused by the morbidity of Kapha and pitta.
